Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Salten, I craved an escape into culinary excellence. The restaurant's ambiance was strikingly inviting, a blend of casual comfort and elegant design, making it the perfect setting for relaxation. I started my mornings with their breakfast selection, which featured homemade cakes that transported me back to Bahamian family gatherings, rich in flavor and texture. The cozy atmosphere felt reminiscent of home, a warmth that enveloped me as I savored each bite. One afternoon, after a rejuvenating swim in the heated pools, I indulged in some good afternoon snacks. The carefully curated menu offered inventive dishes that sparkled with freshness. Each course reflected a thoughtful approach to culinary innovation, establishing Salten as a haven for food enthusiasts. As a marine biologist, I appreciated that the ingredients also emphasized sustainable practices.
